7-Day Free Returns for No Reason
You may apply for a return or exchange for any reason within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must remain brand-new, unopened, with intact packaging and complete accessories, free of scratches, damage, or stains, and in resalable condition.

Returns/exchanges must include original packaging, order receipt, and free gifts (if applicable)—all components are required.

Return shipping fees for non-quality-related returns are borne by the customer; quality-related issues are exempted.
Returns for Quality Issues
If you receive damaged, missing-parts, wrong, or incomplete items due to quality issues, you are entitled to free return/exchange or part replacement:

Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos of the defect and your order information for verification.

Once confirmed, we will cover round-trip shipping fees and prioritize re-delivery, exchange, or full refund.

For factory-sealed missing parts, we will assist with free official LEGO part replacement; lead times follow official LEGO processing schedules.
Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been opened, assembled, used, or have damaged/lost packaging.

Requests made beyond the 7-day free return window with no quality defects.

Damage caused by human error, improper storage, or unauthorized modification.

Clearance, discounted, or “non-returnable” marked special items.
Return & Exchange Process

Contact online support to submit a return/exchange request, state the reason, and provide supporting evidence.

Once approved, our team will send the return address and instructions.
