7-Day Free Returns for No Reason

You may apply for a return or exchange for any reason within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
  • Items must remain brand-new, unopened, with intact packaging and complete accessories, free of scratches, damage, or stains, and in resalable condition.
  • Returns/exchanges must include original packaging, order receipt, and free gifts (if applicable)—all components are required.
  • Return shipping fees for non-quality-related returns are borne by the customer; quality-related issues are exempted.

Returns for Quality Issues

If you receive damaged, missing-parts, wrong, or incomplete items due to quality issues, you are entitled to free return/exchange or part replacement:
  • Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos of the defect and your order information for verification.
  • Once confirmed, we will cover round-trip shipping fees and prioritize re-delivery, exchange, or full refund.
  • For factory-sealed missing parts, we will assist with free official LEGO part replacement; lead times follow official LEGO processing schedules.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened, assembled, used, or have damaged/lost packaging.
  • Requests made beyond the 7-day free return window with no quality defects.
  • Damage caused by human error, improper storage, or unauthorized modification.
  • Clearance, discounted, or “non-returnable” marked special items.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact online support to submit a return/exchange request, state the reason, and provide supporting evidence.
  2. Once approved, our team will send the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back and share the tracking number with our support team.
  4. After warehouse inspection and approval, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 1-3 business days.
